Visit to Alkmaar

​The 80 years of twinning between Bath and Alkmaar is being celebrated in 2025 and as part of the special celebrations the City of Bath Male Choir visited Alkmaar over the Easter holidays. 

​Apart from tasting the celebrated Dutch beers, the group of 60 Boys from Bath performed in concerts as part of their visit.   Bath Male Choir have travelled extensively in the last 15 years with numerous visits to Europe, Boston and Nashville in the States, and Japan.  Travel abroad has always been an integral part of the Choir's life and this trip to Alkmaar is the latest in a number of Choir tours.
