The Bath Male Choir was founded by Grenville Jones in 2007 and is a 60 strong male choir who have performed all around Europe, America and Japan in recent years. They are based in the World Heritage City of Bath and the mayor of the City has been patron of the choir since it was founded by Grenville.

We rehearse on Tuesday evenings 7.15-9.00pm at Beechen Cliff Methodist Church. This is in the Bear Flat area of Bath and potential new members may like to know that the boys "retire" to the nearby Bear pub after rehearsals! New singers are welcome on any Tuesday night. Come along and meet Laurie and the Choir. Visitors are also welcome, especially those who may be involved in Male Voice singing around the country who may be enjoying a visit to the historic City of Bath and all it has to offer.

On Saturday September 28th at St Michael's Church in the centre of Bath we welcome from Cornwall the Truro Male Voice Choir and from Melbourne, Australia, Glee Club. This concert starts at 7.00pm and tickets are restricted priced £15 from grenvillemusic.ticketlight.co.uk
On Saturday October 12th the choir will be the Special Guests at a fundraising concert for the Royal British Legion - Keynsham branch. The concert will also feature two of Grenville's Good Afternoon Choirs, singing together under the direction of John Hare, that's the Keynsham Good Afternoon Choir joined by the South Gloucestershire Good Afternoon Choir - over 120 voices! This promises to be another very special concert in St John's which is the Parish Church of Keynsham. This concert starts at 7.30pm with tickets on the door from 7.00pm.

2025 we're heading to Alknaar
The 75 years of twinning between Bath and Alknaar will be celebrated in 2025 and as part of the special celebrations the City of Bath Male Choir will be in Alknaar in May. Apart from tasting the celebrated Dutch beers, the Boys from Bath will be performing in concerts as part of their visit. The group of 60 from the choir are looking forward to this visit. Bath Male Choir have travelled extensively in the last 15 years with numerous visits to Europe, Boston and Nashville in the States, and Japan. Travel abroad has always been an integral part of the Choir's life and this trip to Alknaar in 2025 is the latest in a number of Choir tours.
